Drinking enough water sounds simple, yet most of us forget once the day gets busy. The trick is to make good water effortless to reach for, so the habit builds itself.
Start with a morning glass
Pour a glass of fresh Kangen water (pH 8.5–9.5) before coffee and drink it while the kettle warms up. Anchoring that first glass to something you already do every morning turns it into a routine you barely have to think about.
Keep water within reach
You drink what you can see. Fill a jug or a favourite bottle and leave it on your desk, in the kitchen, by the sofa. When a machine on your countertop makes water taste clean and pleasant, reaching for it beats reaching for anything else.
A little fruit helps too — a few slices of lemon, cucumber or berries make a plain glass feel like a treat.
Staying well hydrated matters, and it is far easier when the water in front of you is water you actually enjoy.
Track your cups
If you like a target, count your glasses. A simple pattern works well:
- One glass on waking
- One with each meal
- One mid-morning and one mid-afternoon
