Your Enagic machine makes five waters, and two of them are made for chores rather than drinking. Strong Kangen (around pH 11) and Strong Acidic (around pH 2.5) can take the place of several bottles under the sink, and both are simple to make on demand.
Strong Kangen for grease and grime
Strong Kangen water is a high-pH helper for the greasy jobs. Spray it on a stovetop, a range hood, or a baking tray, let it sit a moment, then wipe. It also helps lift marks from cutting boards and loosen stuck-on food before washing.
Because of its high pH, Strong Kangen is not for drinking. Keep it for the kitchen.
Strong Acidic for a final wipe
Strong Acidic water (around pH 2.5) is handy for wiping down worktops, sinks, and cutting boards after prep. Use it on a cloth for a quick pass over surfaces you touch often. It wipes off with a clean cloth and leaves no lingering scent. Like Strong Kangen, it is not a drinking water.
Reach for Strong Kangen first on grease, then finish with a Strong Acidic wipe — fewer sprays, tidier cupboards.
What you need to make them
Both strong waters need the Electrolysis Enhancer, a food-grade saline solution, in the machine's small dedicated tank. Once it is filled, switching to a strong water is just a button press away, and the machine handles the rest. Curious about the full range?
